KASSON, Minn. -- The head coaches of the 12 Section 1AAA teams met Sunday evening to determine the seeds for the 2015 section playoffs.

Lakeville North was seeded eighth and will host Faribault, Wednesday, beginning at 7 p.m.

The Panthers (9-19) will host Falcons (9-16) in the first round with the winner slated to faced No. 1 seed and state fourth-ranked Lakeville South (23-5) in the quarterfinals, Friday at 7 p.m.

Rochester Mayo (24-2) earned the second seed and will host the winner, Friday, of Wednesday's match between No. 7 Rochester Century (20-6) and No. 10 Albert Lea (8-16).

Farmington (16-10) earned the third seed and, Friday, will host the winner of Wednesday's match between No. 11 Rochester John Marshall (10-16) and No. 6 Owatonna (15-11).

No. 5 Winona hosts No. 12 Austin, Wednesday, with the winner moving onto Friday's quarterfinal at #4 Northfield.

The section semifinals will take place Thursday, Nov. 5, at 7 p.m. at the sites of the highest two remaining seeds and the championship match will be played the Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, Saturday, Nov. 7, at 3 p.m.
