Trojans remain unbeaten in conference with win over Luverne
With three of the four games going into extra points, Thursday’s volleyball match between Worthington and Luverne was certainly a roller coaster of a contest. In the end, the Trojans were able to stave of a number of LHS game points in both Game 2 and Game 4 to pull off a victory.
LUVERNE — With three of the four games going into extra points, Thursday’s volleyball match between Worthington and Luverne was certainly a roller coaster of a contest. In the end, the Trojans were able to stave of a number of LHS game points in both Game 2 and Game 4 to pull off a 25-13, 27-25, 24-26, 26-24 victory. “It was very nerve-wracking, but I’m so glad that we pulled through in those kinds of moments, because we can’t let those slip,” WHS senior Mandi Vote said.
