On Tuesday, Sept. 20, the Swanville Bulldogs volleyball team traveled to Royalton. Both teams had a long losing streak going into the match with both of their wins last coming on Sept. 8. Swanville was the one to end the losing streak on Tuesday night, defeating Royalton 3-0 (25-17, 25-20, 25-18).

All the games were close, but Swanville was able to take the lead and hold onto it for all three games.

Marissa Evans led Swanville with 13 kills. Molly Jordan had 12 digs on the night to go along with seven set assists.

Swanville will be on the road Thursday when they take on Paynesville at 7:30 p.m.
