On Saturday, the Bulldogs traveled to the Kimball invitational. The varsity teams from Swanville, Kimball Area, Royalton, and Holdingford all participated in the invitational.

The Bulldogs first squared off against Kimball where they fell 0-2 (17-25, 17-25).

Marissa Evans led the team with four kills. Lacee Primus added five digs in the match.

Swanville’s second match was against Holdingford. The Bulldogs stayed close for much of the match but were defeated 0-2 (20-25, 18-25).

Molly Jordan and Tiffany Barthel led the defense with nine digs each while Courtney Sieben contributed eight, respectively.

In the final match, the Bulldogs faced off against Royalton. The Bulldogs came out on top for their first win of the day 2-0 (25-17, 25-15).
