North holds year-end banquet at Brackett's Crossing

Panthers' 2015 season concludes with annual awards banquet.

LAKEVILLE, Minn. -- Lakeville North held it's annual volleyball banquet to honor the program's student-athletes at Brackett's Crossing Country Club.

Coach Dan Kuklock introduced the 9B team and presented participation awards to Taylor Boykin, Haille Cysiewski, Verina Ghobrial, Tysia Hering, Lauren Hiller, Kelly Lake, Grace Liebl, Kaylee Pierson, Aleena Tan and Tigan Welch.

The team's Most Improved Player Award went to Aleena Tan, the Panther Award to Kelly Lake and the Bring It Award to Tigan Welch.

Coach Jamie Juhnke introduced the 9A team and presented participation awards to Natlie Clark, Amanda Feldhacker, Isabelle Fuerst, Caroline Gidlow, Madison Hamel, Tessa McNeal, Hannah Nietfeld, Cami Starin, Olivia VanDussen and Halle Wolffe.

Olivia VanDussen received the team's Most Improved Player Award while the Panther Award went to Caroline Gidlow and the Bring It Award to Halle Wolffe.

Coach Celeste Meyer presented participation introduced the 10A team and presented participation awards to Sydney Dobratz, Elizabeth Duerksen, Taylor Exline, Sophia Kalista, Amanda Mix, Rena Nietfeld, Courtney Saul and Jenna Traefeld.

The team's Most Improved Player Award went to Taylor Exline and the Panther Award to Rena Nietfeld.

Junior Varsity head coach Bree Schindele introduced the JV squad and, along with assistant coach Nate Erdal, presented participation awards to Kaitlyn Arentz, Faith Athmann, Emma Dahl, Maggie Galles, Maddie Hornyak, Grace Shimek, Tori Thompson, Anika Weber, Amelia Wherland and Kaleigh Yohn,

The team's Most Improved Player Award was presented to Maggie Galles, the Panther Award to Amelia Wherland and the Bring It Award to Kaitlyn Arentz.

Head coach Jackie Richter, along with assistant coaches Nate Erdal and Taylor Hall, introduced the varsity team. Letter awards were presented to Arianna Barrett, Kennedy Brady, Amanda Burger, Jennifer German, Abigail Grewenow, Elizabeth Junke, Abbey Meyer, Natalia O'Hara, Macy Winter and Maddy Wolff, along with student managers Max Baker and Loren Folkman.

The team's Most Improved Player Award went to Abigail Grewenow, the Panther Award to Macy Winter and the Bring It Award to Amanda Burger.

Minnesota Volleyball Coaches Association Academic Awards were earned by Jennnifer German and Abbey Meyer and the team was honored by the MVCA with a Silver Academic Award.

Abigail Grewenow and Maddy Wolff were named honorable mention All-South Suburban Conference and Kennedy Brady was selected by conference coaches to the all-conference team.
