Three words or phrases my friends or teammates might use to describe me? Leader; loyal; goofy.

What is your most memorable moment as a high school athlete? Making it to the state tournament two years in a row [2010 and 2011], and I hope to make it my senior year.

At my first varsity practice, I ... was not nervous, but I did get the nickname "Baby Kay" from the upperclassmen.

What is your favorite meal before a game? Gluten-free spaghetti, chocolate milk and a Snickers.

If you could change one thing about high school sports, what would it be? Extend the volleyball season.

What is the best sports advice you ever received? "Don't think, just play."

How do you balance school and sports during the year? I really try to embrace our school's motto "Non scholae, sed vitae," "Not for school, but for life." Hence, there is always a healthy balance between academics and sports.

Who is your favorite college or pro sports team and why? Notre Dame football because if I said anything else my dad and grandpa would never let it go.

In 10 years, I hope I'm ... employed as a physical therapist in Arizona.
