Owatonna lost its top two players to graduation, but the Big 9 Conference coaches who responded to the Daily News’ Preseason Coaches Poll believe that won’t slow the Huskies in 2012.
The Huskies had the most first-place votes and barely edged conference rival Faribault as the favorite to win the Big 9 this fall. Faribault and Rochester John Marshall both received one first-place vote and the Huskies received the rest.
