And the winner is... MN Volleyball Hub Top Performer revealed

See who fans voted as the Top Performer for Nov. 16-21.

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Volleyball Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.

Top Performer winner

Paige Thibault, Watertown-Mayer. The senior registered 15 or more kills in three matches a week ago. Her peak kill total was 25 against Litchfield on Nov. 16.  Thibault's performances helped maintain Watertown-Mayer's (12-0, 11-0) unbeaten run this season.


Top performer candidates

Clara Hoegh, Byron. Hoegh guided Byron's (8-3, 7-3) offense to a 4-0 record last week as she recorded 154 assists in the four matches. Her highest total came in a 3-1 victory over Goodhue on Nov. 17 when she distributed 49 assists.

Tess Jones, Verndale. Verndale (5-6, 4-6) was led with solid contributions from Jones last week. She had 18 kills in two of the team's matches and reached 20 kills for her highest total of the week against Sebeka on Nov. 18.

Kasumi Lee, East Grand Forks. In a close contest versus Red Lake Falls on Nov. 19, Lee held East Grand Forks (7-5, 2-4) together as long as she could with 41 digs before falling in five sets. She recorded 17 digs two days prior in East Grand Forks' 3-0 defeat of Warroad.

Bailey Schaefer, Brandon-Evansville. Schaefer nearly earned a win for Brandon-Evansville (9-3, 7-0) with 34 kills against Park Christian on Nov. 20. However, the offensive display wasn't enough as Park Christian took the match 3-2. Schaefer tallied 15 kills one day earlier, beating Parkers Prairie in straight sets.
