And the winner is... MN Volleyball Hub Top Performer revealed

See who fans voted as the Top Performer for Nov. 9-14.

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Volleyball Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.

Top Performer winner

Stella Swenson, Wayzata. Wayzata (11-0, 10-0) features a threatening passer on the team in Swenson. She tallied 42 assists in No. 1-3A Wayzata's 3-2 triumph over Minnetonka on Nov. 10. On Nov. 12, the freshman had 45 assists in a 3-1 victory over Eden Prairie.


Top performer candidates

Julia Hanson, Prior Lake. Hanson's consecutive 20-kill games pushed Prior Lake (5-5, 4-5) to a 1-1 record last week. She earned 21 kills and 12 digs in a 3-1 win versus Farmington. Her 20 kills and 12 digs in the next match, however, was not enough to avoid a 3-1 defeat to Lakeville North, ranked fourth in the Class 3A coaches' poll.

Keely Kurschner, Hill-Murray. Kurschner — ranked second in the state in digs based on stats uploaded to MN Volleyball Hub — put on a valiant display as she racked up 44 digs in a 3-1 loss against division-leading North St. Paul on Nov. 10. Hill-Murray (6-4, 6-4).

Kyla Rangaard, Canby. She accumulated six service aces and 22 digs for Canby (9-2, 4-1) in a 3-1 victory at Russell-Tyler-Ruthton on Nov. 10. In No. 10-1A Canby's next match at No. 1-1A Minneota on Nov. 13, Rangaard recorded 10 service aces along with 20 digs in a 3-0 defeat.

Tezra Rudzitis, Legacy Christian. Rudzitis varied her contributions as Legacy Christian (10-0, 8-0) extended its unbeaten run this season. The junior registered 13 kills, four service aces, 12 digs, and four blocks shutting out Lester Prairie 3-0 on Nov. 9. Two days later, she went for 22 kills, four assists and eight digs in a 3-1 triumph over PACT.
