East Ridge at Eagan
7 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 8

East Ridge opened the season with a four-set victory over Blaine and swept Eastview. The No. 12-3A Raptors (2-1), however, suffered their first loss on Sept. 1, falling in five sets to Edina despite an impressive 19 kills from senior outside hitter Allie Barber and 25 digs from junior Ella Ratzloff.

Having not lost a set in victories over Minneapolis Southwest and Tartan, No. 1-3A Eagan (2-0) has remained perfect on paper this season.
