Joining Kate Berg in Wayzata's attack is senior Morgan Baufield (13 kills) and freshman Elizabeth Helmich (12 kills).

In their a victory over Lakeville North last week, the Trojans (2-0) showed the grit necessary for reversing their recent fortunes against Lakeville South as Wayzata rallied from a two-set deficit to win 3-2.

While Jenny Mosser holds down one side of the court, the Cougars (1-0) also have senior outside hitter/libero Halle Johnston (213 kills, 355 digs in 2015) to balance the attack. Johnston surpassed the 1,000 career-digs mark last season.
