See who had the most impressive performance for Oct. 9-14.

Player of the Week winner

Jenna Patterson, RogersThe senior took 28 digs and served seven service aces in a 25-21, 25-23, 20-25, 17-25, 14-16 heartbreaker against Park Center on Oct. 11. She has 292 digs on the season.

Player of the Week candidates

Lily Landis, Minneapolis SouthwestA senior, Landis slammed down nine kills, along with 27 assists, six service aces and a block on Oct. 9 in a 25-11, 25-23, 23-25, 25-15 win over Minneapolis Washburn. She has 357 sets on the season.

Nikki McDonald, Watertown-MayerThe junior pitched in 29 sets, six digs and three kills in a 25-23, 25-19, 25-23 sweep over Annandale on Oct 10. So far this season she’s racked up 60 digs and 330 sets.

Natalee Smith, South RidgeSmith, a sophomore, was a defensive standout on Oct. 10 with 29 digs in the Panthers’ 25-15, 25-19, 25-19 loss to Carlton. The 5-foot-8 libero has 93 digs on the season.

Kennedi Janssen, Red Rock Central. The 5-foot-8 junior was all over the court on Oct. 12 with three kills, 27 assists, five service aces and 23 digs in the Falcons’ 21-25, 25-13, 25-21, 25-15 victory over Fulda. Janssen has 168 digs, 230 assists and 50 kills this season.
