Dover-Eyota at Plainview-Elgin-Millville
7:15 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 18

Dover-Eyota slowed since a blazing 5-0 start to the season, winning just six of its next 11 matches.

For the Eagles to end their regular season on a high note, they will need another clutch performance from senior outside hitter Rylee Forshee and senior libero Jordan Meyers.

Forshee led the team with 11 kills and Meyers posted 28 digs in a straight-set win over Three Rivers Conference rival Rushford-Peterson on Oct. 13.

Plainview-Elgin-Millville sits three spots higher in the conference standings than Dover-Eyota, just behind leader Caledonia. While a league title push may be out of reach this late in the season, wrapping up the regular season with a win would cement the Bulldogs in the second spot.

Plainview-Elgin-Millville (15-2, 10-1) is led on the attack by junior middle hitter Hayley Dessner (206 kills), who is a perfect complement to setters Carley Ranta (221 assists) and Baighley Standinger (227 assists).
