West Lutheran at Heritage Christian Academy
7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 11

Entering this match with a pedestrian 11-12 record and a middle-of-the-pack 4-4 Minnesota Christian Conference mark, West Lutheran could take on the role of spoiler this week against Heritage Christian.

Despite their record, the Warriors have been on a bit of a role, winning three of their last four matches, with their only loss coming against No.10-2A Southwest Christian on Oct. 6. Junior outside hitter Erika Stensland (232 kills) and junior setter Jordan Schuler (390 assists) have been a formidable duo and could cause problems for the Eagles.

Heritage Christian (17-6, 7-0) needs to protect its unblemished league record to keep the top spot in the conference standings. The No. 4-1A Eagles have been near-perfect in recent matches, taking five of six and dropping only two sets in their wins.

The Eagles will rely on senior middle hitter Bella Lien (299 kills) and senior setter Maddy Torve (602 assists) to provide enough firepower to counter the combination of West Lutheran's Stensland and Schular.
