North St. Paul at Hill-Murray
7 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 11

North St. Paul had its six-match winning streak halted in a straight-set loss to Minneapolis South on Oct. 6, marking just the third match this season in which the N. 8-3A Polars haven’t won a set.

North St. Paul (17-4, 5-0) is in first place in the Metro East Conference, one spot ahead of Hill-Murray.

Hill-Murray (9-8, 3-1) has lost four of its last five matches, but a win in this matchup would get the season back on track and bring the Metro East title within swiping distance.

A fast start will be key for the No. 8-2A Pioneers, who have outscored opponents 369-331 in the first set this season. Hill-Murray edged the Polars for the conference title a season ago and a win here would be huge in helping the Pioneers repeat the feat.
