Tracy-Milroy-Balaton at MACCRAY
6 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 4

Since a two-set loss to No. 2-1A Mayer Lutheran in the Class 1A Showcase, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton has won two straight matches in dominant fashion.

The No. 3-1A Bombers (17-4, 6-0) swept Dawson-Boyd and Canby and look to continue their winning ways in this Camden Conference matchup behind Sydney Lanoue. The junior outside hitter posted 15 kills in the Bombers’ straight-set win over Lakeview on Sept. 20.

MACCRAY has also been rolling, ripping off eight straight wins while losing just one set.

The Wolverines (15-1, 6-1) have a bevy of offensive weapons, led by Carly Orwick. The junior middle hitter had 13 kills in a loss to Minneota on Sept. 6 and 10 kills in a win over Yellow Medicine East on Sept. 20.

With Orwick leading the way, the Wolverines have a good chance at dethroning the defending conference champion Bombers.
