Kenyon-Wanamingo at Hayfield
7:15 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 27

Having lost just two sets since Sept. 10, Kenyon-Wanamingo looks every bit the part of Class 2A's elite.

The No. 1-2A Knights (17-1, 4-0) are paced by senior hitters Mara Quam (166 kills) and Megan Flom (165 kills). Freshman outside hitter Ally Peterson (105 kills) adds another dimension on the attack for a Kenyon-Wanamingo team trying to win its 15th consecutive match of the season against Hayfield.

After falling to No. 5-1A Waterville-Elysian-Morristown in a five-set thriller, Hayfield responded with wins over Rochester Lourdes and Triton. The Vikings look to continue that momentum into the last third of the season by snapping the Knights' winning streak.

Junior setter Maggie Streightiff has proven to be a dual-threat for the No. 10-1A Vikings (9-2, 3-1), leading the team in kills with 91 and assists with 205.
