Hill-Murray at Cretin-Derham Hall
7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 13

Hill-Murray is coming off a 3-0 win over Mahtomedi, a good sign the No. 9-2A Pioneers (5-2, 1-0) have shaken off back-to-back losses to No. 19-3A Bloomington Jefferson and No. 10-3A Eden Prairie at the Eagles' home tournament on Sept. 3.

Hill-Murray looks to continue building momentum with a victory over Cretin-Derham Hall on Tuesday, and the Pioneers could feel they have an advantage after defeating the Raiders in five sets last season.

Cretin-Derham Hall will not go quietly, however.

Led by senior outside hitter and Kansas State commit Brynn Carlson, the No. 14-3A Raiders (5-1) have fallen to only Edina this season.

The 6-foot-4 Carlson leads the team with 55 kills and 37 digs this year while junior setter Grace Anetipa has 122 assists.
